"I've been a client of Tony Brewer's office for about 5 years now and they have always been there for me when I have questions and needed help. Reagan has been our most frequent contact. Answering questions and being a notary, she has helped us a number of times and always leaves us in a good mood.

Tony and his crew follow up periodically (but not in a pesky way) to explore ways to save us money, and checking that our policies still serve us best. I'm always leery of upselling and pressure tactics but that's not how they operate, and I appreciate that so much! I've never had a single disappointing interaction with any of them. They're always cheery, knowledgable, and patient.

Most recently, while traveling out of state, my car broke down on the interstate. I was beside myself with frustration but I called them and was taken care of immediately by Amanda. After explaining my options and assuring me that they've got my back, I opted to pay for towing and then get reimbursed. I promptly texted them a copy of my towing receipt and they had a reimbursement check ready for me immediately! Who has this level of service anymore?! They do!
They've saved me money and worry so many times. I've never had an insurance agent & staff that go above and beyond like they do. I give them an A++!"
